How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days and ship them the same day or the following morning.

How do I track my order?

You can track orders through multiple methods: using the tracking number in the order confirmation email, through the Shop app for real-time status updates and live map tracking, or by visiting our website directly (Track Order located at the bottom of the Home Page).

The Shop app also provides enhanced tracking with delivery notifications and visual progress updates.

However, you also have the option of creating a Customer account which allows you to log in to access your order history, track orders, account information, access saved payment methods, and update account details.

Shopify uses passwordless login with a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email - no password required.

When you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a verification code to log in. If the email isn't associated with an existing customer profile, a new one is created automatically. If you have a "Shop" account, you can also sign in through "Shop" for faster checkout.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or Internationally at this time. However, we do ship to Military FPO and APO addresses.

What File Types Do You Accept For Upload?

It is best to send us a PNG, JPG or PDF file. We will let you know if we can use your image or not.

Do I Get To See a Proof Before I Order?

Unfortunately, no. Your image is your proof.
